This course provides you with the fundamental aspects of capillary electrophoresis (instrumentation, mechanism of separation and different operating modes). In addition, the course covers the strategies for method development in capillary electrophoresis (what we need in our method? how to start?  generic experimental settings, enhancement of sensitivity and examples of pharmaceutical applications).

After this course, you will be better able to develop robust, precise and sensitive methods with a better understanding about the critical parameters in capillary electrophoresis.
